Most don’t associate golf with the term, “budget friendly,” but that’s exactly what we do. We’re a group of golfers who are enthusiastic about keeping the sport accessible. We don’t care how old you are, how much money you make, or how good your long drive is. We just want you to be able to enjoy the game with fewer barriers to entry.
But what, in this context, does accessibility mean? In most cases, it comes down to dollars. Golf can be an extraordinarily expensive sport. Between buying or renting equipment, finding club-appropriate attire, and spending most of a day walking around a green hitting a ball around, our sport is not available to everyone. Golf courses can charge massive fees, and if you’re traveling for a destination tournament or course, you’re more likely to pay a big premium to hit a ball into a hole for six hours.
Club de Golf is here to help. We cover topics that cover the full breadth of our sport – from golf destinations and equipment to how to plan a budget-friendly trip.
We believe golfing should be for everybody, not just those who can afford it. Whether you’re new to the sport and don’t want to drop a lot of money, a retiree living on a fixed income, or regular ol’ person just trying to save a few bucks here and there, this is the resource for you. Welcome.
